Show of Hands

Who is completely annoyed with Mama for never helping me update my blog? She swears we will be up to date in no time....

Looked Green to Me

Papa, Mama, Uncle Billy and I went walking in the Black Forest yesterday. Well, I should say, they walked....I rode in style. Can you ever have too much pink? I don't think so!
Billy can now check the Black Forest off his list of places to see.

Proof that.....

...this blog is actually up-to-date. Here is a picture of me today.
Papa and I went for a bike ride as Billy's support team while he went for a long run. We were in charge of water, snacks, and cheering. By the way, do you love my cycling shirt? I'm on Team Cupcake!

No Cooties!

Mama's favorite part about the new season of Legoland....life jackets that haven't been worn by thousands of others before me!

Opening Weekend

Not surprisingly, when asked where I wanted to visit when Billy was here, I chose Legoland. It opened this past weekend, so we headed to Gunzburg on Sunday.
Billy and I rode a number of rides together.
That's a lot of concerned looks for a boat that goes 2 miles an hour.
Does this look familiar, Grandpa?
First time in the canoes "by self".
Papa and Billy went on the big rides while Mama and I watched. Papa was not that thrilled to go on the ride where he got splashed, but he did it anyway, since Billy may only get to Legoland Deutschland once (unless of course I talk them into going back later this week, wink, wink).

Random Shots

Super cute picture that I couldn't fit into one of my blog "stories".
"Hey Uncle Billy, I have some concerns about Ichiro being placed on the 15-day DL".

Model Behavior

I think that Hanna Andersson should hire me to model their clothes.
Better yet, maybe Mama and Gab should keep buying them for me....
...and I will just keep being cute in them.

Suri Who?

Mama tried to put off giving me the standard, toddler girl, Suri Cruise 'do of a short bob with bangs for as long as she could. But, I don't like clips, ponytails or having hair in my face, so....
....she did it Saturday, while Papa and Billy were at the Porsche Museum. It started out because I had twisted a knot in my hair so tight, it was going to have to be cut out. It was hard for Mama, but she loves the result, as do I.
By the way, these are pictures of Billy and I driving the fire truck at the playground.
I'm a little excited about it.
Is it just me or did my eyes get even bigger and bluer with the new cut?

Uncle Billy!

Uncle Billy arrived on Thursday and I'm having so much fun with him. On Saturday, he took me for a bike ride around the neighborhood.
Go this way! (Billy doesn't know that my strategy is to lead him straight to the playground.)
And we're off!
I always wear my helmet for safety. (I have a thing for bike helmets and love to spend time browsing through them at bike shops and at the BX. As usual, Papa just says "you can get them cheaper online".)
Look Mama! No hands!

Hair Today....

Here's a shot of me and my best bud, Trevor. Notice the long hair...this is the last time you will see it. I've made some changes....

I Prefer Nudes

March 9th
So, here's the deal. I don't really like to wear clothese. I like the freedom of running around the way God created me. Mama struggles between letting me be myself, and trying to teach me some social norms. I know that I have to wear clothes when I leave the house or when guests are coming over, and Mama prefers if I wear them for at least a few hours a day. She often allows me to choose my own outift, hoping that will make it fun for me. I still choose nakedness most days, but on March 9th, I put together this outfit. Swimsuit, hairband, extra hairbow...and
....cheesy grin. Not bad, right?

Grandma!

Great picture of Grandma. Not my best photo, but I ask what's one out of 50 thousand?
Now, that's better.

IKEA Idea

This is a shot of my toy organizing system. We bought these at IKEA and each bin is labelled so everything has a place. It makes it much easier for Papa and I to clean up my room at night. This is also the last shot you will see of my crib, because I'm in a "big girl" bed now!

Sleep Tight!

February 1st
I have made the switch from pjs to nightgowns. This is one of my German style ones.
Standing next to my art wall. My art is starting to take over the kitchen. Mama doesn't seem to mind though. I get the feeling that woman loves me.

Grandpa!

Cheese!
Okay Mama, that's enough.

Christmas Extended

Mama didn't take as many pictures on the following days, but we opened more presents on the 26th-28th.

I got a puppet theater and proceeded to put on a puppet show for everyone to see. I don't quite have the concept of hiding behind the curtain yet, so I stick my head out and join the puppets onstage.

Papa bought me this fantastic bike. We take rides to the commissary and I ride it while Papa buys groceries.
I had some help unwrapping gifts. Warning: Stay away from wrapping paper that appears to me moving.
Christmas was so much fun and I want to thank everyone for their generosity. I am a lucky girl to be so loved. It wasn't the same as being with everyone for the holidays, but I tend to make the most of things!

Christmas Morning Part II

I had so much fun opening gifts.
I was really excited to get this set from Grandma and Grandpa. I love Calico Critters (brand) and I love horses!
Hands down, the best gift Santa brought was this kitchen. I have hosted many dinner parties (especially for Grandpa) since then!
I also got all the trimmings...pots and pans, food, drinks, etc.
There was a crowd back home, staying up half the night, watching me via webcam. Here I am showing them a whale puzzle. If you recall, I checked out these puzzles at the Landstuhl Christmas market, a few weeks prior.

Note from Mama

Yes, I've slacked on helping Augusta with her blog. I am going to attempt to catch up while Billy and Gus play legos this week. You will see quite a transformation from Christmas until now. Our little girl is growing up, and frankly it's ticking me off a little. :)

Christmas Morning

For the third year in a row, we opened presents on Christmas morning over the course of several days, so that I could really appreciate everything.
Here is a picture of the Christmas tree on the morning of the 25th.
I look excited, right? They can't tell that I'm tired, can they?
I bought Mama and Papa Christmas ornaments. I helped them open them of course. This is the ornament I bought for Papa. It is a Papa on a bike with a little girl in a bike trailer. The scene was quite familiar to both of us.
I went to Kathe Wolfhart (a store with thousands of wooden, German, Christmas ornaments) and I picked out this cute, little apple for Mama. Who needs flashy when you can go classic? Mama said that it was her favorite present....ever. She is going to keep it up all year round.

Upcoming Events

Mama "borrowed" the idea of an upcoming events list from Eri's Mom, so now you can see what is happening in the next few months for the Bosone family. Check it out in the column to the right.
